Last year, thanks to your incredible support:

15.8 million people, including 7.9 million children (4.1 million girls), were reached by Plan International Canada’s work.

13.6 million people, including 7.4 million women and girls, received health care and information.

1.5 million children and adults, including 441,855 girls, were reached by Plan International Canada’s humanitarian-response work.

361,115 children and adults, including 178,685 girls, received inclusive quality education.

165,461 people, including 60,780 girls and 84,546 women, were protected from harm, such as abuse and exploitation.

129,026 children were supported by 103,115 sponsors in Canada.

In Chalatenango, El Salvador, former sponsored children are transforming their communities. From robotics labs inspiring girls to leadership programs empowering women, decades of investment are paying off. Plan International Canada’s board of directors recently visited some of these projects, meeting sponsorship alumni like Martín Leiva and other leaders driving opportunities for the next generation.
