Discover the do it yourself (DIY) fundraising event or idea that suits you best, and then use our resources to equip you with all the tools you need to become an expert. It’s a fun way to raise awareness about children’s rights and pass on your knowledge to family and friends.

Spread the Net

Malaria remains the leading cause of death among children under 5 in Africa. Since 2007, Spread the Net has protected the lives of more than 9.6 million people, including children and pregnant women, and delivered over 5.4 million malaria-preventing bed nets to families in Africa.

Join the Spread the Net Student Challenge, fundraise for bed nets, or purchase bed nets through Gifts of Hope.

Gifts of Hope

Create your own online fundraising page and raise funds for one of Plan International Canada’s Gifts of Hope. Raise funds to purchase a few bed nets, to send a girl to school, or to build a brand new school. Whichever gift you choose, funds raised will support real projects that change real lives.

Millions of children in developing countries lack access to basic necessities, like health care, nutrition and education. When you sponsor a child, you give them resources they need to survive and empower them to raise the standard of living for their families and communities. Help a child. Help their community.
