Updating your information

If you would like to update your account information, such as your mailing address, email address, phone number, there are a few ways you can get in touch.

Please note: For security reasons, we are only able to update your payment information by phone. If you would like to update your information, such as your credit card number, please call us at 1 800 387-1418.

  1. Log into your MyPlan account

    MyPlan is a convenient and easy to use sponsors-only section of our website. With MyPlan, you can update your address and contact details at your convenience. You can also use MyPlan to learn about your sponsored child, view photos, and write them a letter. Create your MyPlan account today

  2. By phone

    Call us toll free at 1 800 387-1418, and our Donor Care team will be happy to assist you with any account or payment updates you need to make. Our call centre is open Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m., Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

    Connect with our Donor Care team through our online live chat. Live chat is available Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m., Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. To start a conversation, click on the "Live chat" icon in the top right corner of this page.

    Email us at info@plancanada.ca with your account update instructions and our Donor Care team will be happy to assist you. Please be sure to include your first name, last name and your Donor ID number.
