Plan International has worked in Honduras since 1977 to bring lasting improvements to children's lives. With child malnutrition rates increasing across the country, we are currently formulating a food security strategy.

Our work focuses on the ‘poverty corridor' that runs across west and south Honduras, helping children and their families in some 600 communities to identify and implement projects.
