A competitive assessment of Plan International Canada's compensation model, undertaken by Aon Hewitt Consulting in 2014, shows that we provide compensation that is fair and consistent with compensation paid in the non- profit sector for positions of similar scope and complexity.

We balance the rights of our staff's privacy with the rights of donors to transparency by publishing compensation bands, according to the staff categories within the organization.
