All orders ship via standard ground service. All in-stock merchandise orders will leave our facility within 48 hours. Should you require RUSH service please indicate in the comments box in the checkout stage. (Extra charges will apply)
2. SIZING INFORMATION To help you achieve the best fit possible, we've provided sizing guidelines to assist you when selecting merchandise. Please refer to the chart below. 3. BACKORDERS We endeavor to keep all of the products in this program in stock at all times, but on occasion may be temporarily on backorder. If this occurs the purchaser shall be advised by e-mail or telephone of an expected ship date or shall be offered a substitution. 4. RETURN POLICY Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If damaged goods are received and/or contain manufacturer's defect please contact our order desk for return authorization. Goods returned for any other reason must be in the original condition in which they were sent within 30 days of purchase. A 15% restocking charge may apply to products not returned in their original condition.
